Oncolytics announced it has signed a pact with SAFC in a commercial supply agreement for its cancer treatment, Reolysin. Financial terms of the agreement were undisclosed.

SAFC will supply clinical and commercial materials from its vaccine CMO facility in Carlsbad, CA. SAFC worked with Oncolytics to develop and optimize the manufactuirng process used for Reolysin, a modified virus designed to treat head and neck cancers.
"The agreement represents a significant step forward in the drive to commercialize Reolysin as we prepare to produce expanded clinical supplies and build inventory for potential commercial sales," said Matt Coffey, COO for Oncolytics.
