Merck Serono agreed to a $178 M deal with Domain Therapeutics to target new therapies for Parkinson's disease and other neurodegenerative disorders. The deal provides Domain with Eur 2 M upfront for R&D and potential milestones of another Eu 132 M. Merck will gain access to Domain's G-Protein Coupled Receptor (GPCR) compounds. See Fierce Biotech.
