A new collaboration called 4 Serialization has been formed by 4 companies with expertise in supply chain optimization, vision systems, pharmaceutical printed packaging and machinery. The group was formed to offer clients services to aid compliance with elements of ePedigree to ensure patient safety, prevent counterfeiting and limit drug diversion.
The 4 Serialization member companies are:
- Acsis - a supply chain visibility and traceability data collection business
- Cognex - a machine vision sensor and systems company
- Nosco - a producer of pharma printed packaging
- Omega Design - a provider of custom machinery
