According to this article from Xconomy, Dendreon has applied to the FDA to quadruple the capacity of its New Jersey manufacturing site for Provenge. The FDA is expected to make a determination over the next 4-6 months.

In the meantime, Dendreon is also building similar manufacturing facilities in the Los Angeles and Atlanta regions - all in an effort to provide enough capacity to meet the demand for its newly approved prostate cancer vaccine.
