A Smorgasbord of Sam the Sham Stories

Sam Waksal is back in the news with the announcement last week that his new private biotech company, Kadmon Pharmaceuticals, purchased privately held Pittsburgh-area Three Rivers Pharmaceuticals for its manufacturing and distribution.

Sam is a colorful sort and his return to the limelight after his conviction in the wake of insider trading of Imclone stock makes for good copy.
