India Wants to Stop Drugmakers “bribing” Physicians

This from the Pharma letter.  India is the latest country to explore drug price controls to improve patient accessibility and a hard cap on drug profit margin, while promoting the use of generics.

In addition, there is also a provision in the proposal to pull a drug manufacturer's license if they are caught bribing physicians.  Imagine! What's the world coming to?
