As reported in Xconomy this morning, Emergent BioSolutions has acquired Trubion for $97 M upfront with an additional $38.7 M possible depending on milestones. Emergent acquires Trubion's antibody based technology for targeting autoimmune diseases and cancers - including their SMIP and SCORPION protein therapeutic candidates.
