Dendreon Gets FDA Letter Friday After Close

This from the Biohealth Investor blog states that Dendreon received a letter from the FDA on Friday after closing asking it to stop certain promotional materials with Provenge. The materials were said to be "false or misleading" with regards to statements of risk. The materials are also said to overstate the effectiveness of the drug.
