Sanofi to Spend $20 B in US Acquisition?

According to Fierce Biotech, Sanofi is on verge of spending $20 B on a deal with an unamed US Company. Yesterday, we kidded that Sanofi was spending money like a drunken sailor.  I don't know any drunken sailor's with $20 B - if you don't count the former biotech or computer execs heading America's Cup Syndicates - and I don't know them either.
